This Privacy Policy applies to the Wooden Boatyard mobile application and related public information services operated by POSIADŁOŚĆ (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Wooden Boatyard is a planning, reference, and documentation utility. It does not replace professional boatbuilding judgment, marine engineering review, safety testing, material inspection, regulatory compliance, or certified naval architecture guidance.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. There are no user accounts, no login pages, no protected user dashboard, and no account-based authorization system.
If the Application or website is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted by network infrastructure to deliver content or establish connectivity. We do not retain this data for tracking, profiling, or marketing.
Local app records
Wooden Boatyard may allow users to create hull plans, dimension inputs, construction style selections, timber references, project notes, component photos, fastening notes, caulking notes, reminders, favorites, unit preferences, dashboard counters, and app settings. These records are intended to remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer user personal data.
Data Retention
Because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal information on our servers, there is no server-side personal data retention period for normal app use.
Any project journals, hull templates, photos, timber notes, favorites, reminders, unit settings, or other app records that you create are expected to remain locally on your device and are controlled by you.
If you voluntarily contact POSIADŁOŚĆ by email, we may retain that correspondence only as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes the app from your device.
Local records created inside the app can be managed from your device or app storage controls where available. If you want to delete information you voluntarily provided by email or another direct contact method, contact us at support@posiadlosc.ink.
We will review deletion requests and act on them as required by applicable law.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, you can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected through the app alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards for systems and any information voluntarily provided to us.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app user personal data is minimal. If a breach involves data you voluntarily provided to us, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
